Accessory Artists’ number one priority is to make sure our customers are pleased with their purchase and their experience with us. Buying jewelry should be fun, satisfying and fulfilling and we are committed to providing that experience to each and every customer. We are also committed to providing you with quality products and you should expect nothing less. Our customer service team is available to assist with any inquiries, details, order status or any other need our customers may have. Due to the nature of handcrafted jewelry and custom ordered pieces, some items may take slightly longer to ship. We communicate this to customers in advance including the expected ship date upon order confirmation, and we work with the designers we carry to expedite the process and wait time for customers with all custom or out of stock items. Custom Orders

Do you see something fabulous but would prefer the piece in a different stone, metal or chain length?  Many of our designers can accommodate these preferences. Please contact us at Designer@accessoryartists.comp with any customization inquiries.  Let us know which designer, which item you are interested in and your request and we’ll work to obtain it for you. While not every designer we carry offers customizations and special orders, many do. Let us know what you’re looking for. We’re happy to help!

Shipping Policy

At Accessory Artists, many of the pieces we carry are hand crafted, or can be customized to fit your style needs and interests. Due to the nature of our offerings, ship times can vary per designer. We will do our best to ship within 24 to 72 hours, but there may be instances where longer lead times are needed. Our customer service team can give an estimated ship time prior to your purchase upon request, and we send an order confirmation email as well as a shipping confirmation email following purchase. If you are not satisfied with the ship time for your merchandise, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will work to resolve the situation. cs@accessoryartists.com.

Free UPS Ground Shipping on Domestic orders $150 or more.  Other UPS Shipping options are available, the rates for these shipping options vary by location, UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS Second Day Air. Please see pricing during checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Accessory Artists is committed to ensuring that our customer’s experience is a positive one. We select quality jewelry and artisans that we believe meet the highest quality standards on every level. We only work with designers that stand behind their products and focus on providing the best quality. As a result, we too stand behind every product we offer on this site.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will work with you to remedy the situation. Return & Exchange Policy
Accessory Artists’ number one goal is outstanding customer service and high quality product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, items may be returned, exchanged or given store credit if returned unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging/condition originally sold in, with any included tags, cards or inserts, and sales receipt. For refund only, items must be returned within fourteen (14) days of the original date you received your order. Items for return must be post-marked within fourteen (14) days of the original date you received your order, twenty-one (21) days for international deliveries and items for exchange or store credit must be returned within thirty (30) days of the original date you received your order. Customers assume the responsibility of shipping an item(s) back including shipping method and packaging. Items damaged during shipping will not be accepted for return or exchange. We are not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen during the return shipping process. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable with exception to store credit returns. For items that were sent with free shipping a $7.95 shipping fee is deducted from the return, as those charges were incurred and are non-refundable.

Upon receipt of a returned item, a refund, store credit or exchange will typically be processed within five (5) business days of receipt.  Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment minus the cost of shipping except in the case of store credits. If you received something via a free shipping offer, your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment minus the cost of shipping.  If you are returning an item for store credit, a redemption code will be provided to you by email, which will allow you to redeem this credit on another future purchase. If you return an item for store credit you will not be charged for shipping, you will receive the full credit amount on your store credit.  Store credits expire one (1) year from the date of issuance.   

Please note all sales are final on custom orders and on sale items. We will not accept returns or exchanges on those item.
How to Process A Return & Exchange

1.     If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email:  cs@accessoryartists.com for a return authorization (RA) number.  Return authorization number is required for all returns.

2.     For exchanges, please contact us at cs@accessoryartists.com, to confirm that the product you want in exchange is available and we will proceed with your request directly.

3.     As noted above, items must be returned unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging and condition with any included tags, cards or inserts, and accompanied by the original sales receipt. Items for return must be post-marked within fourteen (14) days of the original date you received your order, twenty one (21) days for international deliveries and items for exchange or store credit must be returned within thirty (30) days of the date you received the order.

4.     In your return package, please include a copy of your sales receipt with the return authorization (RA) code written on the receipt as well as outside the box. An email confirmation will be sent upon receipt of merchandise, to let you know we received merchandise and processed return.

5.     We recommend that you send returns via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. We recommend purchasing insurance and/or tracking information for your return since we cannot be responsible for lost/damaged/stolen packages. Please ensure items are packaged carefully, as items damaged from improper packaging and shipping will not be accepted. We offer UPS return shipping on our Site to make it easier for you to receive your return.

7.     Upon receipt of the item(s) we will process your refund, exchange or store credit (minus your initial shipping costs) to the method of payment used for the purchase within five (5) days. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis for exchanges, and remain in our sole discretion.

Please Note: Accessory Artists sends all orders above $500 with insurance. Please contact us within five (5) days of receipt of any damaged goods so we can contact the shipping company and proceed accordingly.  Please note Accessory Artists does check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment and photographs each piece. Although we check all merchandise prior to shipment, it is the responsibility of you the buyer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods may be returned to Accessory Artists, with all such returns subject to the Return & Exchange Policy. Goods damaged due to buyers’ acts or omissions will not be accepted for refund. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer. Shipping costs are not refundable
